Catalogue & Listings Associate

The role

Chekmark is hiring a Catalogue & Listings Associate to review product listings before they reach customers. You will work through batches of listings from our clients' catalogues, checking that what is written matches what is actually being sold.

It is careful, methodical work. You will compare listings against supplier sheets, mark what is wrong, and write a short note so the seller can fix it. Most of the day is reading and comparing, so patience matters more than speed.

This is a part-time, fully remote role within India, and it suits someone who wants steady hours alongside studies or another commitment.

What you'll do

• Review product listings field by field against the supplier's data
• Check specifications, variants, images and category placement
• Flag mismatches with a short, specific note the seller can act on
• Run consistency sweeps after supplier or price updates
• Keep your batch tracker current so the team can see progress

What we're looking for

• Comfortable reading English product descriptions and specification sheets
• Careful with detail — you notice when a number looks wrong
• Basic spreadsheet skills (filter, sort, copy between sheets)
• A quiet place to work and a reliable internet connection
• Any exposure to e-commerce, marketplaces or retail catalogues is a plus, not a requirement

• ₹19,000–₹27,000 per month for part-time hours, paid monthly
