About Wheelforce

How we got here

We started with a handful of transport operators in Urla who were losing loads to drivers who did not report. Checking drivers properly before joining, and keeping a standby list for the nights things go wrong, became the whole business.

Today we build pools six weeks ahead of the paddy season and the pre-Diwali rush, and we still see every licence in hand before a driver goes out.

What we value

• Checked before sent. No driver reaches a client's gate with an open question on his papers.
• Agreed in writing. Trip rate and bhatta are fixed before the trip, not argued after it.
• Answer the night call. Relief cover is what fleet managers need most, and it is usually at night.
